Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is something that everyone in our modern world is confronted with. For instance, if a bothersome tone in the radio alerts you that your mobile phone is ringing, this is a typical case
of an electromagnetic interaction between two pieces of equipment.
We offer four different types of EMC glands:
- EMC EasyCONNECT – First cable gland that allows for the entry of several shielded cables into a housing – at any moment granting a strong and sage tap connection.
- EMC Rapid – The cable gland with two contact options. An integrated contact disc allows for easy and fast contact to the shield of partially stripped cables.
- EMC Progress MS – Gland with time-proven contact sleeve prevents any shearing of the breaded shield.
- EMC Series 85 – Provides an especially low-impedance connection between the braided shield and the metal cabinet.
